I read through this article, took a week to digest it and then read through it again. I think the article is spot on about good habits and designing your life.
I always become more "mentally unwell" when I forsake the things that help me keep my sanity and calm - meditation, sleeping long, exercising, walking, running. I have not built a framework to help me with these things yet, though. And so I sometimes slip into doing things, which further down the line eat up my time and leave no time for good habits. Also I feel like doing all the things I need to do for my mental wellbeing is too difficult while having full-time job, 2 kids and a wife. There's just not enough time for it all in a day.
